Leandro Erlich’s Swimming Pool is at MoMA’s P.S.1 from October 19 until March 1. As the artist points out on the P.S.1 site (link below), the double-height Duplex space is a natural for this work.

I always feel scent is the neglected sibling of the senses. Maybe it is overlooked, or maybe it is a reverence that keeps our paws off? Maybe it is not neglected at all and I am just in the dark – er, the scentless realm.
In any case, Mitchell Heinrich is all over it like a…like a…chunk of turf with some old chewing tobacco stomped into it.
